Conference, Whiting style. I suppose it isn't that bad if it allows pj's to be worn all day long. I managed to take a shower around 3:30, but that only meant an upgrade to yoga pants and a tshirt vs. the pj's I was wearing earlier. Mike and I went through an entire bag of edamame and managed to never fall asleep, even when the video feed stopped working and we had to go to straight audio. We turned up the volume and listened from our bedroom. Our couch is tiny (reason #74 why I want a house). 
I bought the spinach and cheese stuffed Gnocchi from Trader Joe's. I cooked it as directed, topped it with some sauce and parmesan cheese, and quickly steamed some broccoli. Nothing fancy, but it was actually really good. Today has been an easy day, food wise. Nothing has taken me longer than 15 minutes.
If my favorite gnocchi (at a place called Vittorio in NYC) gets a 10, then I would say this gets a 6. Not too bad for frozen, and beats making it from scratch, although I want to try that sometime, too.
This is one of the dresses I got the other day from H&M. They recently came out with Madonna's 2007 collection (apparently she has been a guest designer for them for the last 2 years). Some of the stuff was actually really fun, and the quality isn't bad, either. For the price (this dress was only $34- unbelievable), you can't beat it. I wouldn't wear a lot of the every-day pieces (e.g: bodysuits. Lots of bodysuits. No thanks.), but there were quite a few dresses that I really loved.
I think that this dress looks hideous on the hanger, not to mention against our green shower curtain, but we have a lack of backdrop space in our apartment and the no makeup and wet hair thing didn't make me the best candidate to model. Both of these dresses are light, easy, and work well with our elevated modesty. :)

I love how quick you are with the request for pictures of both meals and dresses.
Did you use the Three Cheese Trader Joes sauce? It looks like it and it is SO good. Our favorite. Is gnocchi a soft noodle, like mushy, or is it a regular noodle. I've never had it and it looks good on your plates. Reason why I love TJ's - stuff is always good even if it is frozen.
Your dresses are fabulous. I don't think the second one looks bad on the hanger at all. Very cute. I like the sleeves.
Oh, longest comment. But, yoga pants and t's are oftentimes my daily attire. I'm sure you looked great.
I have heard about Madonna's collection. Not so into the leotards but I can't wait to check out the dresses when I go to SF in a few weeks.
gnochi is made out of potatoes. dumplings, served like pasta. it was Italy's "poor man's meal" at the end of the month when they were out of money.

I really like the first dress. you have quite the collection now. now, we just need a picture of the new jeans. :) (on you..)
Missy, I went too late in the day which means... no best sauce. It was out (only the sausage kind left, and I don't do sausage). I bought the plain marinara that is only 99 cents. To be honest... not too shabby. We liked it. I think that my 2nd dress looks like it has puffed sleeves (think Anne of Green Gables). It doesn't, I promise. They are just "loose". Speaking of loose... I've told you that yoga pants and ts are my favorite outfit. I just wish I could get away with wearing them to work. No such luck. Sigh. Oh- and gnocchi- nice job with the explanation Kelli. I didn't know that. Depending on how they are served, they are "soft". The Trader Joe's felt like soft pillows. Really. I like the texture a lot. Feels sort of like pasta, but should "dissolve" in your mouth more than pasta, if that makes sense. Just try it. :)
Heidi- do you go to SF very often? My brother lives there... I need to visit soon. I love H&M for their cheap prices and nice basics. Their tshirts are great, and actually, not too bad in terms of quality. I even have 2 suits from H&M, and always get compliments on them. I bought both of my dresses for under $100. The H&M dress was actually more expensive than the Madonna collection dress, which was surprising. You cannot beat their prices, especially for more trendy things...
I have a good group of black & white dresses now. :) It will be good for summer, and hopefully we will have a fun party to go to or something. I'll try to get a picture of the jeans, Kelli. I just wasn't the best model yesterday, thanks to the lying on the couch all day long issue.

Loved your comments about Conference......We watched it on the TV at the lake - stayed awake for all four sessiions...yea for us! I thought every talk was wonderful, and I came away so inspired and uplifted. We turned on the Bose system and it make the MoTab rock! We are blessed.

I only live four hours away from SF yet I have not been there since I moved here to Reno (last summer). I don't think I have been since high school, but I do love that city and I looove H & M. I never knew about it until study abroad in Londom and since then I think I have only been twice (once in NYC last spring and once in London last summer). I am going to SF to meet up with the Stimpson twins actually for a little shopping weekend ;-).
Heidi, I would go to SF as often as I could just for the beach! It is so beautiful. A shopping trip with girlfriends sounds like such a fun time. My girls weekend there will be in October (I am running the Nike 1/2 marathon with my sisters). I can't wait!
Gnocchi sounds weird. It sounds kinda like soggy bread. Is it? I will have to try it since I really like cooked spinach. And your second dress doesn't look puffy at all. Loose and stylish.
Missy, isn't not weird, don't worry. :) Just different. Try it at your favorite Italian restaurant or buy the stuff from Trader Joe's. Like I said, it's my favorite Italian dish. It isn't soggy, just as a softer texture than typical pasta (because it isn't really pasta- it's potato dumplings).
