I'm a bathrobe person. I love bathrobes. I have a light-weight robe for summer, & a thick terry cloth version for winter. Love bathrobes. This wasn't always the case, but for the past few years I've been hooked {probably a result of living directly across Deutche Bank for 2 years, & always worrying about the guy who frequently worked late on the 30th floor [directly across from our apartment] seeing me naked - Wall Street is not a very wide street}. Oh- & I love green wallets. Mike just gave me a darling bright apple-green one. So cute, so fun, & such a thoughtful gift. Apple-green is just an all around fun color, don't you think? It's a happy color. I have an all-black bag that has a tiny apple-green tag on it. I love this, too. A little splash of green {or any color} is always fun. Unrelated {completely}- I hate mayonnaise. HATE it. This is likely rooted in the fact that I have a grandmother who puts mayonnaise on EVERYTHING- including fruit. I'm not kidding. My dad will not get within 10 feet of the stuff now. She has actually said the horrid words, "I would put mayonnaise on ice cream if I could." That really makes me want to throw up, because of course- mayonnaise is one of the more disgusting things on the planet {except in the Shack Sauce that goes on the Shack Burger- it doesn't really taste like mayonnaise, although I'm pretty certain it is in there}. But mustard- love mustard, especially the spicy kind with a nice kick. Mustard is a good thing. I have this Herb Chicken recipe that is just amazing- & it has lots of mustard in it {note to self: start cooking again}. Delicious. Also- red nails? Sometimes a girl just has to have dark, red nails. Or maybe dark brown. I like dark brown, too. I sometimes have issues with painted nails {I'm too OCD to deal with even the most minor of chips}, but sometimes it just feel nice for a day or two. And finally- I am so, so, SO excited to go to San Francisco in two days. I am excited most of all to finally get to meet Haidyn, & secondly to see Patrick, Kera & Tara {in no particular order}. Thirdly, I'm excited for some girl time with my sisters in their city {Tara & Kevin lived there for 3 years, & now Kera & Patrick are there}. In dead last- I'm excited to do this half marathon. Really. I'm ready, & at this point, I'd just like to get it over with so that I can rid myself of the guilt that is certain to come on days that I don't run.

I love bathrobes too. I got one for christmas in like Jr. high and have been sold ever since. I always just like the terry cloth though- no light weight sumemr version.
Apple green- great color. In fact, that was my wedding color (and black). Of course I am biased but it was amazing (all green flowers)!
I don't mind mayo but don't necessarily love it. I don't like it on a sandwich so much, but there are just some recipes that need it, so I eat it. But my husband feels the same way you do. I do love mustard (especially with a kick) but my husband hates that too! Alright well this is your blog, enough about me! have fun in SF, is your hubby going to cheer you on? You will do great. can't wait to hear about it!
