I'm a lip gloss person, not a lip stick person, but sometimes I just want chap stick. Like right before I go to bed, or if I'm outside all day (like I will be next week). But not Chap Stick, because I don't like the Chap Stick brand. And I'm sort of over the Kiehl's stuff I loved for a while (it sort of separates & gets oily as it sits on the shelf) & want something I can buy at the drug store. Or maybe Bloomingdales if it's really good.
What's your favorite?

Burt's Bees all the way.
i feel like burts bee's looks white on my lips... but maybe that is just the spf kind.
i like carmex
Soft Lips! (For just a chap stick)
Okay- I have one more. For the last several months I've been using an organic Bubble&Bee chapstick: cocoa butter and peppermint oil (they also have an orange flavored) that I really like. It's smooth but not too thick and waxy (I feel like Burt's Bees is waxy) or greasy. I think it's even made in Utah. (They handed them out in the Sundance goody bags last year.)

Are you over the plain CO Bigelow mint balm? That's still always in my purse.
burts bees but not the kind with sunscreen- that is the kind that looks white.
I LOVE burts!
I like Co Bigelow mint balm. And I have to have vaseline with me at all times, is that wierd? I love it on my lips.
I really like Blistex lip medex. It comes in a blue container. It's cheap and does wonders both to prevent chapped lips and to cure them
Burts Bees for sure.
And the CO Bigelow, but even that can be a bit glossy at times. For purely chapstick - Burts. Definitley not the kind with sunscreen though (it turns your lips white).
I can't live without the brand Dad carries in his office. Aloe Lips. I swear, anytime I have chapped lips, it heals them within hours. He stopped carrying it for awhile and I cried about it so much that he started up again. Seriously, the best!
I'm a lip gloss/chapstick person too and have had this dilemna as well. My mom got me some stuff when she was here from sephora. It's called sugar and it's by fresh. It has spf 15, so i use it day and night, but I really like it. Hope this helps:)
