(FYI, I don't think there's any hype about it. Consistently good, fresh ingredients, perfect meat/bun ratio, delicious custard, great fries, perfect atmosphere.)
Went with Jill (who apparently doesn't have pores like most humans) for a perfect Monday afternoon lunch. We also discovered that they now have Red Velvet custard on their weekly rotation (Saturday). Um, we'll be there. This weekend. Open invite.

dang it jill, now i have bad feelings about myself. i heard about that red velvet business. my arteries are aching already.
I sometimes get annoyed by things with lots of "hype," I hadn't been there in a while (and I'll admit that I sometimes wondered if it was overrated) but we went there on Saturday night, and I was humbled. It was so good. Oh so good. I'll go with you any time.
