We drove to the top of Pike's Peak on Saturday (14,110 feet! Snow! 34 degrees!). We saw a fox - a real one. I stepped in a huge mud puddle while wearing sandals. Haidyn, Reese & I watched Bolt from the back seat. We ate at 5 Guys - twice. Kera & I laughed so hard that we cried - twice. We celebrated her 24th birthday on Friday with pizza & Pepsi floats. Patrick, Haidyn & I did yoga. Oh, & we survived the last few days without the internet thanks to a bad modem. It was hard.
Mileage: Thursday - Kera & I went on a walk. One hour of yoga. Friday - 3 miles, treadmill. Saturday - zilch. Sunday - day of rest. I'll run tomorrow, promise.
Of note: The elevation here? 7,000 feet!! Yeah. I could barely breathe on my run.
