Fizz.


My cafeteria at work sells 25 different kinds of H2O. We have water with vitamins, water with fruit juice, spring water, filtered water, Fiji water, and now... Sparkling water from Aquafina. It is definitely the front-runner. I've given up caffeine (almost completely- except for my cranberry-diet coke concoction at cocktail events), but sometimes crave the fizz of carbonation. I think this is a perfect solution (almost). My concerns: does the carbonation negate the "water" benefits? Does it still count as one of the 6 bottles of water I'm trying to drink a day? And does the aspartame it contains ruin it completely? I hope not.
