I realized last night that Mike & I sort of live like astronauts in space. We live in a very small apartment {+/- 750 sq. feet}, up very high in the sky {29th floor}, & we've been eating a lot of Trader Joe's frozen food these days that is easily prepared in minutes. Hmm. Just a thought.

Worst thing about Utah is NO TRADER JOES!!!!! They have the best tasting, healthy, easy to prepare food around. A must for anyone in Financial Services!
