Thanks to my new friend, I will be a happy traveler going forward- just about no matter what. I'll be a lot more patient in airports now that I can be connected with my new Air Card. I don't know why I didn't ask for this for my work laptop months ago, but I just had it installed this week. Oh man, it's going to be great- anywhere I can get a cell phone signal, I can log on to the internet.
.
I'm currently in the Detroit airport. I spent a fun 24 hours or so in Ann Arbor. The campus is beautiful, the weather was great, & it was an all-around fun time with no major mishaps {although I think I sprained my left ankle in my sleep- seriously. It's swollen & hurts, for no apparent reason, and my friend Imran's BlackBerry accidentally went for a swim in his drink- we don't think it will survive}. We had a great dinner at The Gandy Dancer last night, & had yummy cheesestake sandwiches at the local favorite Mr. Spots for lunch today. Mike would have loved it. If grad school is in our future someday, I wouldn't mind being in Ann Arbor. Very nice. I'll post pictures soon. Oh- & Steve & Jeanne {Mike's parents} both went to graduate school there {PhD work & law school, respectively}. It was fun to see their old stomping grounds, & to imagine them there as young marrieds.

It has been a whirlwind of a week {or two}, & I'm looking forward for some down time this weekend. Elizabeth called me about 2 days ago & left the following message- How come you never answer your phone when I call? Don't you love me?! Call me. Tara called today & said, I don't like your job any more! You are always busy. And you never blog! Call me. I love my sisters! I'm sorry!! I miss my family this week too, I promise! I know that I have been ridiculously busy, & it's no fun to not talk to my friends {aka sisters/parents/etc.}. Today marks the end of my travel for a few weeks {for work, anyway}. I'm excited to catch my breath.

I'm glad you're among the living.....You've been missed!
Thank goodness for your Air Card! It WILL make life so much more comfortable - any where you go. Hooray!
I'm hanging in there by a thread.... :) It will be nice to go to the lake tomorrow to listen to Conference. We're going to take out the boat as well. It seems that fall is here and it's time.
I used to be able to do that with my old phone.. man technology is amazing.. Sorry about your ankle maybe it was bed bugs.
So the ankle thing. How's the running going :) I think I feel a sprain coming on. It might take a week or two to develop.
Devin has one of those cards and loves it. It makes work so much easier. Glad you are back with your family now though - so much better.
