Mike's gone, so I'm going through our external hard drive of pictures in lieu of going to sleep.
This was a fun night {December 31st, 2004}. Mike had just proposed, & I was so happy that my cheeks hurt. Pretty sure I coudn't have smiled any bigger in that first picture.

Yeah, I can't sleep either. Hence my blog browsing at 1 AM when I have a meeting in 6 hours...

How fun to have those moments afterwards on camera. One of Ben's roommates took some pics right after we were engaged but they are horrible quality, yet I keep them anyway!
I remember it like it was yesterday! It was so fun being part of the magic of the occasion!
That first photo is the best. And the fourth - how you are laughing and just happy.
