I'm home. Sick. In bed, literally. Mike was kind enough to leave the essentials on our nightstand before he left- My laptop, my BlackBerry, my cell phone & kleenex {okay, I admit it- toilet paper, since I demolished the box of soft kleenex yesterday}. Looks like it's going to be a fun day. Thanks to the time change yesterday, I can't go back to sleep. I've already checked & rechecked everyone's blogs. I went through Real Simple's November issue {the best of the year, always} & posted a gluttony of recipes here {oh- & speaking of which, does anyone want to have a pretend Thanksgiving with us? I need to test some of these recipes out!}. I'm thinking about starting my new book, but I'm also thinking that I really, really want to just go back to sleep. And start breathing through my nose again. That would be nice.

I'm SO sorry - You know I spent over 24 hours in bed two weeks ago- it was not fun....and I still am not over it, though I am slowly returning to normalcy.
I hate sick days! I hope that you can get some rest at least!
A warm bath might help with the breathing through the nose.
not fun!! can you imagine being sick and having a couple sick kids. That makes me nervous.
Yuck. Try to sleep lots and keep up with your fluids!
Vicks Vapo Rub. It works. I'd bathe in it if I could.
