I bought 8 Minute Abs about a year ago. Don't make fun of me!! It's actually super hard, & after a few weeks of doing it, I always feel like I have a tighter tummy. I especially love the super cool music & totally rad spandex.
I have goals this week. Thus far, I'm 100% compliant. I need to be a better person, physically & spiritually, but I also realize that I sometimes set lofty goals that are hard to achieve {& I have an obsession with crossing things off a to-do list}. Anyway, I'm working on the small things this week & trying to develop stronger daily habits. I am:
- Doing 8 Minute Abs once a day. I started last night. It hurt to laugh today.
- Saying my personal prayers.
- Taking my vitamins so I can be big & strong. Or at least strong.
- Reading my scriptures. No time limit, no page minimum. I'm just doing it.
Like I said, 100% compliant at this point. Wish me luck.

Good luck! I think the vitamins would be the hardest for me on that list of yours. Seriously, I don't know what it is, but I always forget--even when I was pregnant.
I need to work on a few of these...I like weekly goals. They seem more attainable.
I think I make the goal to read my scriptures daily every single week- I struggle with it. We are all works in progress!
