Well, Dixiebelle, with few exceptions, the closest thing I've done to cooking lately has been heating up leftovers or melting cheese in a tortilla. I've also been pretty terrible at posting on my recipe blog.

I'm working on it. I still want to make mint brownies, quiche lorraine & artichoke stuffed chicken breasts.

Those brownies really are amazing.
