Yesterday was Day #1 of Power90. They tell you to start out slowly so that you're able to continue to exercise throughout the week {i.e. avoid being overly sore}, so I tried to take it easy. I'm still hurting though {in a good way}, & pretty certain that my triceps have been neglected for far too long. Speaking of triceps, I saw a funny scene playing out when Mike & I were walking to the Great Lawn yesterday. Two old women {very old, very wrinkly, very wobbly-looking} were comparing their under-arm flab. See this, it's all flappy! I just can't figure it out! Look, flap flap flap [while jiggling her under-arm flab back & forth]! It was cute, in a wrinkly-old-woman kid of way.
.
I don't want under-arm "flap" at 25, I want Jennifer Anniston's arms!! It's time to get moving again after the sabbatical I've had for the last few months. I just ordered Mike a new pair of running shoes & we're going to try to get out together. And my muscles- they are eager to be re-discovered with thrice-weekly "boot camp" sessions in the comfort of my very own living room. Wish me luck.

We were VERY sore for a week. And then, sore again when we moved to 3-4.
3-4 is SOOO much better.
Wait, when am I supposed to go to 3-4? How much weight do you use?
Power90 sounds pretty good. I might have to try it out. I am always looking for new workouts to try. I've been through The Firm Workouts, and The Biggest Loser Workouts...I'm ready for something new. Let me know how it goes.
I liked your arm flab story. :)
