If you had a wedding to go to, say in 4 weeks, & wanted to buy a pretty dress that isn't too fancy & isn't too casual (but makes you look super, super hot yet classy at the same time), where would you buy it?

Ooh, Jill- I saw that and loved it. But questioned whether or not it would "work". But I think it would, with something pretty underneath. Q #2 is can I pull off BRIGHT RED. That's questionable.
