The stock market is in a free fall, but it's going to be a good day.

It's Monday. It's going to be a good one...

...despite the fact that a massive overuse of product this morning has resulted in extremely flat hair, despite the fact that I'm not happy about my wardrobe choice of purple pants, despite the fact that I waited 20 minutes to check out at the pharmacy with my prescription that I had to have, despite the fact that even after waiting for 20 minutes the cashier still couldn't find the key to open the blasted cash register which meant that I had to wait even more, despite the fact that the aforementioned waiting meant that I sprinted to the subway so that I could maybe make my train, despite the fact that someone got sick at 42nd street which meant that I waited 30 minutes for a subway at 86th Street, despite the fact that this resulted in me missing both of my favorite (express) trains, despite the fact that it took me two hours to get to work, despite the fact that I've had a headache for 24 hours that just won't go away, despite the fact that it's 10:35am & the Dow is already down a cool -405 (3.92%) & my 401(k) continues to bleed money.

I'm going to work on being positive today. I'm trying really hard.
.
*The Dow continues to drop (currently at -569) but I'm not going to update my picture. It's too depressing.

I can't say anything nice about the market today, so I better not say anything.

I appreciate your optimism. I am taking it to heart and very much trying to put all that is good in my life, which is a tremendous lot, front and center.

I'm sorry for all the bad, but the good side is the Dow closed higher than it was at one point! That's good right!
