That I quite drinking Diet Coke. Again. Monday night was my very last one (that I stole out of Suzi's fridge, making me finally realizing that I perhaps I have a tiny problem). My use wasn't excessive - maybe one every other day - but I was starting to crave it again. And Nicole, I'm serious this time!! I went 6 months last year, so I have (almost) no doubt I can do it again.
I say it here so that I'm held accountable. No. More. Coke. I'm going to learn to love water. I am.

My new favorite is Vitamin Water! You should try the focus variety. I have to say I didn't go cold turkey, but I only drink Diet Coke on an occasion! Good Luck!
I should really follow your lead... I didn't drink any soda for a long time and now I'm starting to think about Diet Coke constantly and think that no outing will be complete without purchasing one. It's awful! Good luck!
I gave up ALL soda about six weeks ago (I've given up Coke/Pepsi before but never all of it). It hasn't been bad. I've been drinking lots of Crystal Light and Gatorade. You can do it!!
If you figure out a great way to give it up let me know..I'm having the same problem. I just LOVE my Diet Coke though!!
I think what I'm supposed to say is "I don't think you can do it" and that will make you stop, right? Stick to the Crystal Light packets to flavor your water if you need a little somethin' during the day :)
I'm doing this cold turkey. So far so good, except when I went to Shake Shack last night & Suzi had a Coke & I really, really wanted one. Boo.
Tara, I think Vitamin Water is gross. I really do. I'm sorry. It just tastes... watered down.
Nicole, I've been drinking your little Crystal Light packets (the pomegranate ones that you recommended). I almost threw up after drinking a full glass last night (I really hate drinking water - I don't know why), but I'll get there. Thanks for your love & support. :)
