This is about as crafty as I get, friends. But I'm actually quite pleased with the results from my recent project. It's not fancy, & it didn't involve a sewing machine, applique or even scissors, but still. This was big for me. I carried it home from Jill's apartment today (all 6 blocks + 2 avenues) & it's now resting happily in my living room.

I love painting furniture. I want to do an armoire for one of the boys' rooms. (And did you see Design Mom's recent post?)
I like your new chair. The green is perfect, I think.
What next?!?
Ooh, I like it. Where did you find that funky low-back stool/chair. I like it! Did you have to use primer?
Friend (blonde) Jill found two of them on Craigs List, & donated one to me. Good friend! We primed, then painted - three coats. Gulp.
Love it! that color is fantastic. Now I need to come over and see it. I wish I could paint my walls.
I love it! I'm really into green lately and this is a beautiful shade. Some of my favourite crafty projects I have seen on here, by the way - your fridge fabric letters being another, and your wall of frames.
Cute.
