Today I went to the park
(With Will)
Because his dad had a nice little emergency appendectomy on Sunday morning
Friends came along
Then we walked
Grabbed more friends along the way
& ate & talked
Even spotting a mother / baby tortoise in the wild on the way home through the park
It was a happy Monday

Even though I shot it all in black & white
& sometimes black & white looks a little sad
But today wasn't sad
Even if a few photos suggest it was (briefly) otherwise

(Especially since we had the morning off from Seminary & got to wake up after the sun did)
