21 Weeks.

My belly has decided to go Pop!

Baby Boy had his last hospital ultrasound this morning & we were able to have a great little photoshoot with him (I'll keep the photos of his special place + others for Baby Boy's blog, but my nightmares of having lots of little boy clothes without any receipts were completely unfounded - obviously). I loved this ultrasound because it was long. We got to see lots of movement, lots of quick heartbeats & lots of details. His eyes were open! A little scary looking actually, but still - his eyes open?! Fingers, toes, legs, arms, nose... The details are just fun. I love, love seeing Baby Boy. It makes it all so much more real, especially when I get to feel his kicks the rest of the day, too. He's the size of a banana now! That's just sort of crazy to me.

I'm grateful that he's healthy & strong.

I saw my doctor in her office immediately after I left the hospital. I really like her, & I like that I've been seeing her for so many years. We scheduled the rest of my appointments through the end of August (!!), & I asked a lot of questions that I wouldn't have to ask for ages. But we're there! Sort of. September is still a ways away, but I have a feeling that the next few months will zoom by. I'm not ready! I have so much to do! Classes to take! Apartments to move (& get organized)! Furniture to order! Travels! Details!

And I have yet to read a really great book on labor & delivery (we're just pretending that's not happening for a while).

Did I mention that Mike made me crepes yesterday for Mother's Day? He did, before church, & they were delicious. My absolute favorite breakfast (or meal?), & it made my day (& my post-church snack, & my breakfast this morning - I love leftovers). We had strawberries, peaches, bananas, yogurt, whipped cream, powdered sugar & Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter - for good measure.

Mike's a good husband, & he's going to be a great dad.

You look great! And yea, you've totally popped and look officially pregnant (and perfectly so).

I am craving crepes now... I've never made them at home. I should check out wire whisk to see if you have a good recipe for them over there...
