We discovered Happy Bay on our 2nd to last day in St. Martin - a little beach & bay that is totally secluded & accessible only by driving down a really bumpy road to another nearby beach, & then hiking about a half mile through the woods (jungle?) down to the beach. We believe that there's no reason to fly 6 hours to a tropical island & then spend your days surrounded by other people - so the beach at our resort (thankfully) + Happy Bay were just perfect for us. I'd fly back just to sit on either one. Seclusion is a nice thing sometimes.
Photobucket hates me this week, but I'm working on getting the rest of my (digital) photos up. Until then, a photo of my favorite day - laying on the beach + a slight breeze + Happy Bay. Bliss. At 6 months (26 weeks tomorrow!), I'm feeling happy & finally really loving being pregnant.
