My dear friend Kelsey is making her huge debut this weekend, with Kelsey's Essentials premiering Saturday afternoon on The Cooking Channel (2:30pm ET). She is so creative & talented, & has worked so very hard for this. No one is more deserving, & I'm absolutely certain her show is going to be a smashing success.

I wish I had that channel over in the UK! I recognize her face from byu (i was in print journalist and she was in broadcast). very exciting!
FYI, the cooking channel website gives a different time - "Kelsey’s Essentials premieres this Saturday at 2pm ET on Cooking Channel." How exciting for her!
I just set the series to record on my dvr. I've been a fan of hers since Next Food Network Star, I'm excited to watch it.
Oh I wish I had that one too. She makes totally do-able foods.

dvr-ed it, went to watch it and no dice. apparently i don't have the channel, yet my dvr pretends to record its shows. not cool. online episodes, maybe?
