I put Quinn in his Bjorn yesterday for the first time in a few weeks. Oh my goodness, he was the happiest boy you've ever seen! This city boy loves being carried, loves being able to wave at everyone he sees (at his level) & was generally just thrilled to be back in something familiar.
The weekend! And a long one, too. We've started a tradition (two weeks in a row!) of doing smoothies + egg-in-a-holes for a breakfast, & went to the park across the street this morning bright & early (luckily I managed to throw a bra on before heading out the door - we ran into a nice family from our ward who live just around the corner). We have plans to relax, spend time together, go to a Hawaiian Luau at the gym (!?) on Monday & BBQ with friends in Houston in the afternoon. The best news is that the forecast is showing that we won't break 100˚ for the next week. Hooray!

wow look at all those teeth.
The Bjorn is the best. Clearly he really loves it, what a great smile. Does he have new teeth coming in too?
look! it's all coming together! and you too look so cute. love the bjorn - it saved my life with Izzy.
he still fits in that thing?!? and how does your back not break from the weight? amazing. and i must say, this is more sanitary than using those carts. see you in a bit!
Noelle! It's the best carrier ever (& we have three!) - the Bjorn Comfort carrier (I think). Holds the babes up to 40lbs & has the waist support like an Ergo - but allows you to carry them forward facing (as well as carrying them in). It's really so, so comfortable. Much more so than the regular Bjorn (the Active Carrier) that we used when Q was smaller & weighed less.
