103 up.

  • 52 steps down @ the 86th Street subway station
  • 51 steps up @ the 125th Street subway station
  • 52 steps up @ Metro North train station

I walk up about 103 steps every morning. You would really think I'd be skinner {& yes, sometimes my commute is monotonous, so yesterday I counted all of my steps}.

That's a lot of steps in one day. Maybe tighter legs are the benefit?

That counts as really decent exercise no matter how you look at it.....Gotta love it.

I think you should get a pedometer. It would be interesting to see how much you walk. I know living in suburbia I feel like a lazy bum in comparison to how much we walked when we lived in Philadelphia and San Francisco.
