I thought about this word today in regards to someone that I work with that is ridiculously arrogant - e.g. he said something to me a week ago like If I'd be involved it would have be so much better. Yuck. I just can't stand people like that.
.
But- I really do like this word, in a positive context, especially in terms of disregard for conventional thought. I also like it because I really appreciate people who are shameless {or lacking in pride}, & especially bold & honest in their opinions. I just can't handle fake. Anyway- I also understand that there needs to be balance- & I'm working on this, because sometimes, I'm a bit extreme, & maybe just a little too assertive. But I'm trying.
