Please look at Kelsey's latest project. I've been lucky enough to have Erin's sugar cookies on several occasions (so delicious & perfect) & this recipe paired with Kelsey's ridiculous creativity sort of puts me over the edge of complete happiness (+ feelings of total inadequacy, of course).
Isn't the photo so pretty, too? Wish I was in New York so that I could fight through the snow storm & make my way up to her apartment. You'd let me come over & eat some, right K? Right??

Hope you are enjoying UT...we are snowed in here in NY...2nd snow-day of the school year! ..but unfortunately my husband had to head back into the city for work...no snow day for him!
