It's fall in Texas.

I feel like I need to confirm that I am not pregnant, despite what my coat may look like. But when I am, I'll have lots of wiggle room! I'm such a smart shopper.

We went on a walk on Saturday through the nature preserve that is near our home. There's a big sign at the trail head that warns about the poisonous snakes, alligators, wild hogs, coyotes, bees, ticks & poison ivy. The perfect place for a family walk! Lovely.

Saturday is my very favorite day. Love, love, love having Mike home with us.

It feels like fall in Texas, which means that the leaves are crunchy & some of them are even turning pretty fall-like colors. I went for a run this morning with friend Noelle (& by run I mean Noe basically had to drag me) & it was actually quite chilly, even with long tights & a jacket.

woah, woah. i did not drag you. in fact, i asked you repeatedly, "hey, wanna walk?" and you distinctly said in a very stubborn staccato voice, "no! no, i want to run!" atta girl. earn those lululemon workout pants. every time you want to quit whilst pushing your smooth-gliding bob, i want you to think of me and my ancient, misaligned, right-swervy jogger and how you're getting stronger while i'm becoming disproportional with every step. kathryn > noelle.

these pics are so pretty. love this quinn-essential family. :)

These are lovely.

And look at you going running in the morning! High five to anyone who runs with a stroller. That 1/2 marathon is going to be a cake walk for you.

Gorgeous.

a) you don't look pregnant.
b) wild hogs and alligators? for real?
c) should I be the billionth person to tell you that you should have another baby. I'm kidding. I won't.
