I think all those immaculately decorated cupcakes you have been photographing have thrown off your sense of presentation- I think these look just as fabulous as they surely taste!
Lindsey, yup. Regular oreos, and keep the filling. Oh - and let the cream cheese/oreo mixture set in the fridge for a bit before you dip in the chocolate.
